3. Services Provided

- Payment: Payments are processed securely via card (credit/debit) through our website.
- Delivery: Upon successful payment, a QR code and activation instructions are sent to the email address provided upon checkout.
- Activation: Customers are responsible for scanning the QR code and following the activation instructions to connect to the mobile network.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Verify that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. A list of compatible devices is available by email at esim@mypuretrip.co.uk.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.
- Follow the activation instructions provided in the email to install and activate the eSIM.

5. Payment Conditions

- You are responsible for any additional fees, such as currency conversion or bank charges, imposed by your payment provider.
- Once payment is confirmed, the eSIM QR code and activation instructions will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

6. eSIM Delivery and Activation
- After purchase, the eSIM QR code and activation instructions will be delivered electronically to the email address provided.
- Activation requires a stable internet connection (e.g., Wi-Fi) to scan the QR code and complete the setup process.
- eSIM plans are activated upon scanning the QR code or as specified in the plan details. Some plans may have a fixed validity period (e.g., 7, 15, or 30 days) starting from activation.
- If you accidentally delete your eSIM, contact us at esim@mypuretrip.co.uk to request a new QR code, subject to verification.
7. Data Plans and Usage
- Unlimited Plans: Unlimited plans may provide a daily high-speed data allowance (e.g., 1GB per 24 hours), after which speeds may be reduced until the next cycle.
- Usage Restrictions: Services are for personal, non-commercial use only. Abusive, illegal, or fraudulent usage (e.g., excessive data consumption or network abuse) may result in suspension of services without refund.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds may be requested within 2 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated.
- No refunds will be issued for activated eSIMs or plans that have expired.
- Refunds for technical issues (e.g., network failure not caused by customer error) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
